Together, We Make a Difference
A Message from United Way of Northwest Florida CEO, Gina Littleton
Dear City of Panama City Team,
Thank you for being part of something that matters.
This year's United Way campaign theme is "The Thread That Unites Us," and I believe that phrase captures exactly what your participation makes possible. Behind every family that moves from crisis to stable, from struggling to thriving, there are countless people, programs, and organizations working together. United Way is the thread connecting all of them, and your workplace campaign is what keeps that thread strong right here in our community.
As public servants, you show up for this community every single day. The work you do keeps Panama City moving, and United Way is proud to stand alongside you in making sure the people of this city have what they need to thrive. Every dollar raised through your campaign generates $6 in community impact, and those dollars stay right here, supporting the neighbors, the families, and the community you serve.
We also want every member of your team to know that if they or someone they know ever needs help connecting to local resources, United Way operates 211, a free, confidential helpline available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. One call connects you to food assistance, housing support, financial resources, and much more. It is there for anyone who needs it.
We are so grateful to have you in this work with us.
With gratitude,
Gina Littleton
President and CEO
United Way of Northwest Florida
How It Works
Giving through your workplace campaign is simple. Use the form below to make your pledge before November 27th and choose exactly where you want your dollars to go.
You have three ways to direct your gift:
- By Impact Area: Give to the causes that matter most to you, whether that is education, financial stability, health, or community resiliency.
- To a Specific Agency: Choose from a list of vetted nonprofit agencies in our community that have been reviewed and approved by United Way of Northwest Florida.
- To Any 501(c)(3): Have an organization close to your heart that is not on the list? You can designate your gift to any eligible nonprofit.
Your Deadline: Friday, November 27, 2026
All pledges must be submitted by Friday, November 27. It only takes a few minutes, and every dollar you give becomes six for someone in our community who needs it.
