Dear Team,
Every day, I am incredibly proud of how hard our team works to keep our Airport running smoothly and to serve the travelers coming through Northwest Florida. Our dedication to our passengers is unmatched, but our commitment to the place we call home goes far beyond the walls of our Terminal.
Today, through the first week in November, we have an opportunity to make a profound difference right here in our own backyard as we launch our annual United Way Workplace Giving Campaign. The United Way does vital work across our Northwest
Florida community, supporting families, children, and individuals who need a helping hand. What makes this campaign so powerful is that every single dollar you choose to contribute stays right here locally. Your generosity funds programs that improve education, provide financial stability, and ensure healthier lives for our neighbors.
No contribution is too small. Whether it is a few dollars a pay period or a one-time gift, your donation ripples out to create a stronger, more resilient community. When we unite our resources, our collective impact is truly extraordinary.

How It Works
Giving through your workplace campaign is simple. Use the form below to make your pledge before October 23 and choose exactly where you want your dollars to go.
You have three ways to direct your gift:
- By Impact Area: Give to the causes that matter most to you, whether that is education, financial stability, health, or community resiliency.
- To a Specific Agency: Choose from a list of vetted nonprofit agencies in our community that have been reviewed and approved by United Way of Northwest Florida.
- To Any 501(c)(3): Have an organization close to your heart that is not on the list? You can designate your gift to any eligible nonprofit.
Your Deadline: Friday, October 23, 2026
All pledges must be submitted by Friday, October 23rd. It only takes a few minutes, and every dollar you give becomes six for someone in our community who needs it.
