The 2013 CFC applications are now available. The application period for Northwest Florida Combined Federal Campaign expires April 1, 2013. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR CFC APPLICATIONS TURNED IN BY THIS DATE @ 4:00 pm CST. The address to submit applications is Northwest Florida CFC, Attn: LFCC, 518 Mulberry Avenue, Panama City, FL 32401.

United Way of Northwest Florida will be holding a seminar on March 8, 2013 at 9 am CST in Panama City at 518 Mulberry Avenue, Panama City, FL 32401. Lunch will be provided. During the session, Tiffani Hinds will be offering detailed instructions. You will have an opportunity to complete your application that day on site if you bring the required documentation and attachments with you. Space will be limited, so RSVP will be required. First come, first served.
Tiffani Hinds will also be holding a complementary completeness review of your preliminary application by appointment only. Please be aware that the completeness review is a service provided by United Way of Northwest Florida and does not guarantee acceptance of your application by the Local Federal Coordinating Committee (LFCC) or the Office of Personnel Management (OPM).
To United Way Affiliated Agencies only: United Way is required to turn in our CFC Federation application to the LFCC on April 2, 2012 (as indicated above). Our application includes pertinent information from your completed application and a signed statement that I have thoroughly reviewed your application and verified it meets all standards and regulations set forth by the Code of Federal Regulations §Part950. It is very important that you turn your application to United Way by March 15, 2013. If I find that your application requires additional documentation, I will notify you as soon as possible, but it is imperative that you get it to me in time to complete our own application.
The LFCC has given fair warning that they will be looking into the applications very closely this year. Please make sure you put every effort into completing your application properly.
FEDERATIONS & AGENCIES: Per the OPM Audit requirements under 5 CFR and §950.105(b), federations and agencies are permitted to offer suggestions relating to the operation of the campaign, campaign materials and training. Federations and agencies desiring to offer suggestions per above are required to submit, in writing, all requests to the CFC Director at Northwest Florida CFC, 518 Mulberry Ave, Panama City, FL. 32401.
