SUBJECT: 2013 Applications and Deadlines

As 2012 swiftly draws to a close, it is time to begin preparing for 2013. Below is an overview of our 2013 applications and deadlines. These applications can be downloaded from our website (www.UnitedWayNWFL.org) by clicking on the “Agencies” tab.
Affiliated Agency Applications – (Due January 31, 2013)
All agencies that wish to be included in UWNWFL’s 2013 Community Campaign and as a member of the UWNWFL Federation of the Northwest Florida Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) and Florida State Employees’ Charitable Campaign (FSECC) in Bay, Calhoun, Gulf, Holmes, Jackson and/or Washington Counties, must be approved for affiliated agency status annually.
Agencies that desire affiliation with UWNWFL must complete the 2013 Affiliated Agency Application, provide all required information and supporting documentation, and deliver it to UWNWFL by end-of-business, Thursday, January 31, 2013. This document DOES NOT serve as your 2013 CFC or FSECC applications.
CFC Applications – (Due March 15, 2013)
Agencies that wish to be listed under the UWNWFL Federation heading, CFC applications are due to UWNWFL by end-of-business, Friday, March 15, 2013. A completeness review must be scheduled with Tiffani, in order to be included under the UWNWFL umbrella. The 2013 applications and instructions are available at: www.NorthwestFloridaCFC.org. All applications are due to the local CFC Board no later than Monday, April 1, 2013. An application preparation class will be held at UWNWFL, Friday, March 8, 2013.
FSECC Applications – (Due March 1, 2013)
FSECC applications must be submitted online at: http://fsecc.dms.myflorida.com/.

Community Impact Fund Grant Applications – (Due February 15, 2013)
Agencies that wish to apply for Community Impact Fund grants in 2013 must complete the Community Impact Fund 2013 Grant Application and deliver it to UWNWFL no later than end-of-business, Friday, February 15, 2013. Please submit the original application and one (1) copy. NOTE: Each program in each county requires a separate application.
2012 Grant Final Report – (Due February 15, 2013)
Agencies that received Community Impact Fund grants in 2012 must complete the 2012 Community Impact Fund Grant Final Report and deliver it to UWNWFL no later than end-of-business, Friday, February 15, 2013. Please submit the original report and one (1) copy. NOTE: Each program in each county requires a separate report.
